Going to spend the night, eating ice cream with fudge, getting away with (almost) anything, and that special treatment you just dont get from your parents. Well, Sunday is the day to honor all Grandparents. It is Grandparents Day! Here in Ahwatukee we will be celebrating a day early, on Saturday, Sept. 10th, at Babies R Us on Ray Rd, with a "Break-Fest". This event starts at 9 am and runs until 10:30 am. There will be activities, product demos, free food,a free magazine for grandparents(Loving Your Grandbaby), and a seminar "Then and Now". Everyone is invited, including expecting parents and grandparents too! Babies R Us is located at 4835 E Ray Rd. in the Ahwatukee AMC 24 Theatres Plaza. To register please call: (480) 705-0400.
