Dear Dr. Jason and Dr. Elissa,

I was referred to you by my personal trainer, and I am always interested in new ways to increase my health and fitness.

To be honest, I came to your office simply to learn more about your gentle approach and I had no intention of signing up for your care.

However, I have something interesting to tell you. After my Sample Night session with you I had 2 different 10 K running events to participate in and I must share with you that I felt like my legs we running on their own!

I could also tell that my breathing was easier too!
