Balance under Pressure

After winning several archery contests, a young and rather boastful champion
challenged an elder master who was renowned for his skill as an archer. The
young man demonstrated remarkable technical proficiency when he hit a
distant bull's eye on his first try, and then split that arrow with his
second shot. -

There- he said to the old man, --see if you can match that!-- Undisturbed,
the master did not draw his bow, but rather motioned for the young archer to
follow him up the mountain. Curious about the old fellow's intentions, the
champion followed him high into the mountain until they reached a deep chasm
spanned by a rather flimsy and shaky log. Calmly stepping out onto the
middle of the unsteady and certainly perilous bridge, the old master picked
a far away tree as a target, drew his bow, and fired a clean, direct hit.

--Now it is your turn,--he said as he gracefully stepped back onto the safe
ground. Staring with terror into the seemingly bottomless and beckoning
abyss, the young man could not force himself to step out onto the log, no
less shoot at a target. --You have much skill with your bow,-- the master
said, sensing his challenger's predicament, --but you have little skill with
the mind that lets loose the shot.--

I read this story and I thought of one of my first life and business
coaches. He shared with me the principle that the real talent is being able
to apply your skills even in the most adverse situation- without fear,
hesitation, or doubt.

We share this today for so many people are vague about what a health, life,
and business coach can do for someone.

Like the archery story above, we come across many talented people. The
question that must be answered however, is :are they choosing behaviors and
life strategies that are sustainable in the long run?

Many people have been a flash in the pan, or have accomplished a tremendous
amount through adrenaline but do they have what it takes to create true
abundance, and health for their lives, bodies, and businesses for the long
term?

At Living Inline, we never fool with the sexy ideas that claim that health,
success, or relationship wellness can be won overnight.

We just might turn some people away who wish that we did offer the
quick-fix.
However, the truly intelligent journey man or woman knows that life
excellence comes through powerful and consistent behavior.

So we ask: Are you the young archer with an incredible skill set and might
you need direction? Or are you the wise sage elder and might you need to
re-claim your spark?

Perhaps you find yourself somewhere in between. Comfortable perhaps. Maybe
ready for a next step.

Do you crave more energy? Better relationships? More self-awareness, esteem
or accomplishment?
Or maybe you have an idea that just needs some refinement.

Wherever you find yourself, we can help and it is our pleasure to do so.

Now get ready and aim and let us help you refine your desired target.

We thank you for all your loving support and we send you our best thoughts
of appreciation.
