We often have been told that feeling good means that one is healthy and that feeling bad is a sign that one is not well. What is interesting is that when it comes to healing, this is not always true. There is a profound process that some people go through in which healing and becoming well actually means that they may have to go through some discomfort. This is not always easy for the health practitioner, and yet, we always reassure people that healing ispossible and that pain is not always a bad thing.
