We stand by the guarantee that we will always honor our relationship with you by keeping your information private.

Working alone can sure be lonely. At times every professional experiences isolation, frustration, overwhelm, burn-out, sleepless nights, anxiety, fear, and dread. Now that is quite a list!

I share this for the plain bare-truth reason that all the benefits to being an entrepreneur, independent thinker, unique strategist, free-agent player, and any other name you can think of, are also factors that become quite isolating for some.

There is great valor in learning how to do things on your own, and set out your own sails on your course of journey. However; along with this thrill, some days can be draining and difficult to say the least.

This is where the mastermind effect comes in.

A mastermind group or a visionary network is formed when a small group of people form for a common goal or purpose. What is so very uplifting about this group is that you get to design the unique purpose and choose what kind of people to interact with and what kind of design will most greatly nourish the aspirations and hopes of each member of the group.

Here is a great truth: It is hard to be at the top of your game alone. Just ask a basketball team from the west coast ( I keep the name out of this) what happens when there is a lack of teamwork.

A group of sincere, smart, and compassionate people surrounding you will help you stay at the top of your game. A winner of a most recent large professional golf event, Retief Goosen, lives two doors down from one of the other top ranked golfers in the world, Ernie Els. Think they collaborate and critique each other?

Some helpful benefits to creating a brain-storming group, a mastermind group, or a visionary team are:

    • You make Better Decisions
    • You can accelerate your business growth
    • You think with greater strategy
    • You have built in accountability ( think skipping your workout vs. a partner counting on you)
    • You can learn from others' success & challenges
    • You can create a built-in referral system
These benefits and more can be yours if you create an environment to learn, and share. Having a mastermind group is a lot like having a coach in a group setting. A good coach can help you become like a laser and refine your focus fast.

How do you spell relief? G-e-t -a- C-o-a-c-h in a group setting or in a one on one setting.

Here are a few helpful hints on getting started:

    • Make sure to be very specific on what your focus is.
    • Make sure to gather with people who are rowing in a similar " boat" as you- If some are overly successful, or others are just rookies getting started, this sets up a " mentoring" situation and the exchange becomes im-balanced.
    • Make sure to find people who are looking to achieve similar things.
    • Decide how you want to set up the group- Will you meet in person? Over the phone? By e-mail?
    • Set Guidelines as to how you can speak to each other. Choose kindness and constructive feedback with healthy and safe boundaries in place.
    • Choose to review a common document each meeting- an uplifting book, a unique movie, a tape.
    • Make sure to give each member equal time in every meeting.
    • Try to create the group so as to not overbook the group- 6-10 people is ideal.
    • Ask someone to be in charge of coordinating schedules, treats, locations etc.
    • Understand that everyone is an equal partner- in other words- kick out the bullies, & the know-It- alls.
    • Last but not least, have fun. The topics do not have to be gravely serious. You can focus on abundance, prosperity, health, community service, relationships, personal development and more.
    • Become a master at masterminding and watch your life unfold.

LIVING INLINE QUOTES OF THE WEEK:

" No two minds ever come together without thereby creating a third invisible intangible force which may be likened to a third mind. When a group of individual brains are coordinated and function in harmony the increased energy through that alliance becomes available to every individual brain in the group."
    ~ Napolean Hill

    LIVING INLINE BALANCING SESSION BASICS

When you look at our website and our brand name (www.livinginline.com) you might ask "What does it mean to be "Living Inline"? We went out on a search to figure out just what exactly this question means, and we have most definitely come to one primary, major, and meaningful conclusion. When one is vibrantly healthy and more greatly able to trust his or her own healing wisdom, he or she can most greatly attract, create, design, and experience the life of his or her dreams. That is Living Inline.

What exactly does it mean to be healthy, to be trusting of your body from the inside out? If you are interested in this question, rest assured and know that thousands of people like you are ready to experience what life feels like to be vibrantly healthy, happy, fulfilled, and connected to what truly matters most to them. Many are ready to stop the struggle and learn how to effortlessly attain the life that they most want to live. We are fortunate to meet and serve these people every day.

Think of it this way: when health is present, wisdom can become more greatly expressed, energy is more available, love feels more attainable, life becomes more enjoyable, learning becomes more desirable, friendships flourish, vitality is created, prosperity becomes possible, and opportunities reveal themselves where there may have been none before.

It is truly very simple and yet isn't funny that often times the simplest things can be the most profound? To put it very clearly, life is certainty a lot more fun when things are clicking, and things tend to click more often when you are at your 100% best.

When we serve you we envision you as expressing what can be called "full glowing health" and we hope that we motivate you to create your own personal formula for health and vitality.

We view health very similarly to the way many people view money. You have a health bank account and we know that it is easiest to accrue money and health when deposits are going into the health or money account rather than withdraws continually flowing outward.

Jason's father loves to joke around. Whenever he meets an accountant he uses his same corny line that we absolutely love; it goes something like this, "what's so difficult about accounting…you simply want a heck of a lot more going in than you do going out."

He always gives out his loud and infectious laugh and the accountant always chuckles too.

As we sat down to write this to you today; the thought of Jason's' fathers' analogy and how it applies to health come to mind.

Health is very similar to riches. Have you ever seen someone who is very wealthy but has absolutely no energy reserves to enjoy what he or she has accumulated? Have you ever seen anyone with love all around him or her, and yet they are too bitter, washed up, cynical, tired, exhausted, hurt, or unmotivated to experience that love?

Well, we have too and we humbly offer you our writings with the hopes that if it touches people's lives, it can help those who choose to apply the principles that lay within it.

We offer our thoughts and writings with the promise that we have poured our hearts into it and with the hopes that you will significantly benefit from it. We have a sneaking suspicion that you will. We cherish seeing that.
